PC-based control, including an HMI development tool
Think & Do Live! software offers full-featured PC-based control, including a Human Machine Interface (HMI) development tool.
A common tag database and built-in HMI make Live! a great low-cost PC-based control solution. Live! includes an OPC client, an OPC server, as well as
supporting MODBUS TCP, MODBUS RTU and other industrial fieldbuses. Choose Live! when:
- HMI requirements are moderate
- SQL communications are not required
- Costs must be kept low

WinPLC
PC/ PLC hybrid solution
The WinPLC is a truly unique hybrid solution providing Think & Do PC control programming benefits on a PLC-style device.
PLCs were not typically designed for handling string or array data, complex math, or network collaboration with other software applications and intelligent devices.
For success with these applications, use the WinPLC.
- Develop your applications with either Think & Do Live! or Think & Do 8.0 software and download them to the WinPLC
- Like PLCs, one development license serves unlimited WinPLC applications
- The Ethernet Remote Master H2-ERM (-F) module can connect the WinPLC to slave I/O over a high-speed Ethernet link
