Control Relay Switches

General purpose industrial control relays are available in ice cube, card relay, and solid state relay styles for use in a wide range of applications.

All electrical relays, including the solid state relay, feature LED indicators for easy troubleshooting.

Relay Switch models available include:

• The QM and QL series ice cube relays, available in 24 VDC, 120 VAC and 240 VAC coil voltages, plug into DIN-rail mountable relay sockets (one per socket).
  The QM series switches up to 5 amps, while the QL series can handle up to 10 amps.
  These control relays have ultra-high sensitivity with quick response time.
  
  
• The RS series utilizes slim plug-in 24 VDC card relays to create a bank of four or six units in DIN-rail mountable terminal modules.
  
  
• The 78 series ice cube style 15 amp electromechanical relays are available in 24 VDC, 24 VAC, 120 VAC, and 240 VAC coil voltages.
  The 78 series models are relays designed for applications demanding high power control in various factory machines and control panels.
  
  
• The 750 series 12 amp electromechanical relays are available in 24 VDC, 24 VAC, 120 VAC, and 240 VAC coil voltages. They feature an octal base design.
  
  
• The 755 series electrical relays are magnetic latching relay switches with standard 11 pin octal bases. 120 VAC, 240 VAC and 24 VDC versions are available.
  
  
• The AD-SSR series solid state relays can handle 10 or 25 amp loads. Heat sinks are included on the product.
  
  
• The AD-70S2 series solid state relays can handle loads up to 4 amps. They can be DIN-rail mounted using the 782-2C-SKT socket.
  These solid state relays have a high resistance to shock and vibration and have an immunity to moisture and dirt.
  
  

NOTE: A variety of accessories are also available, including relay sockets, relay removers, protective covers, spare card relays, and metal oxide varisters (MOV) and diode circuits offered as convenient plug-in modules.

Models available include:

• 1/16 DIN Digital Timers (KT Series)
  Koyo digital timers offer flexible features at a great price. A large, easy to read display is offered in a small 1/16 DIN size.
  The large, bright red timer LED display has a 12 mm character display height which allows it to be seen easily from a distance and at an angle. In addition, set values use a green LED display to differentiate from timing values.
  
  
• 1/16 DIN Super Timers (MS Series)
  The MS4S series super timers are a 1/16 DIN style timing relay designed for process control, machine tool control, safety control and many other types of applications. These industrial timers are plug-in 8-pin or 11-pin surface/ DIN rail mountable with up to four selectable modes of operation and four selectable timing ranges.
  
  
• Fuji Miniature DIN Timer Relays (ST7 Series)
  The ST7P series timers are very compact and highly accurate. They offer a time delay relay operation with a single timing range. These timer relays are designed to optimize mounting space in small areas. These super timers are highly accurate, with a repeat accuracy within ±1% at maximum setting time. Mounting is by DIN rail or by securing directly to a panel with a fastener.
